Room 21 is a stage in Lethal League. It is considered Candyman's home stage.
The stage reappears in Lethal League Blaze as Room 21 Retro and can be unlocked by playing 1010 matches.

Room 21 consists of a large padded room with a security camera in the left corner, a door in the right corner, an emergency light, and a large fan on the ceiling.

Being one of the smallest stages, high ball speeds combined with a solid mixup is a lethal combination. Candyman's special is effective, due to the several possible combos he can pull of in this stage, while Sonata might suffer due to an inability to take advantage of her mobility. Reaching the top of the stage is generally not an issue for any character, as the ball is likely never going to be too high for very long.
